Hyundai Los Cabos

I am really appreciated for all the help offered from this store when my rental car stopped working due to no gas issue. They are so welcome and warm hearted. Especially a young person with warm smile and good in English, he helped communicate with Budget and find the root cause for my car. Another person who also helped us refill the gas. I am so sorry that I finally end up with no longer having time to go to their store during work time to give them my thanks again! But thanks for the store’s help so that I feel Los Cabos people are soooo great!

I bought a Creta in September 2023. Javier was my sales rep and helped me with everything. Despite some unavoidable issues with delivery time (a tropical storm delayed delivery), he helped me with everything I needed and was very communicative throughout the process. I would recommend asking for Javier if you're interested in buying or leasing from Hyundai.

Please take a moment to look at all the previous feedback. It looks like 90% are bogus or fake ones to build the rating up. I own a Hyundai and I have tried to schedule a maintenance twice now. I went physically to the dealership, they didn’t have anyone that could get me scheduled, I left all my contact information but nobody called me back. Three days later I called this time, nobody was able to get me on the schedule, again gave my contact information and I have yet to receive a call back. I do not recommend buying a Hyundai from this dealership because you will not be able to get it serviced there. Inexistent customer service.
